Whenever I hear this version, I always visualize flies hitting lanterns late at night, in a woodsy area. Normally something like that shouldn’t comfort you, but this song makes you comfortable for about anything. Sonic Youth is that goddamn amazing: they can make things so much more beautiful when you listen to them, and you can understand them more, but otherwise, those things might bore you. How can you NOT love them?
