Ryan from Ryonet www.silkscreeningsupplies.com was nice enough to allow me to video him doing a demo of screen printing a foil print on t-shirts. Before this, I was only aware of foil t-shirt vinyl, so it was interesting to see the process of screen printing foil onto a t-shirt. There are no “cuts” in this video. It’s straight from my handy Aiptek HD camcorder to you Enjoy! (apologies for the bad sound…I need a better mic)

nice………
That’s a Geo Knight DK20S Digital Swinger press (16″ x 20″). You can get one from BestBlanks, AlphaSupply or CoastalBusiness. If you’re a member of T-ShirtForums, you can get a discount code for CoastalBusiness in our Preferred Vendors area.
what heat press is that at the end?
so each piece is ” unique ” ooooooooooo
This will be very inconsistant on the bulk result.
the press / conveyor dryer combo is real cool
I’m not sure, you may want to call Ryonet to ask them about the application instructions or post your question over at T-ShirtForums
does the foil adhesive have to be applied on with an emulsion stencil? or is there a print out version
